At LEWA, we tackle the critical issue of graduates lacking relevant industry-specific skills in Cameroon and Africa. Despite earning degrees from top universities, many graduates find themselves unprepared for the job market because of lack of relevant skills. Our mission is to bridge this gap by teaching essential skills not covered in traditional education, thereby connecting graduates with companies seeking skilled professionals.
